We build and sell models and synthetic data from our own stack. You buy from this site. Engineering stages the actual archives when a release is ready.
Matrix Holding LLC is the company. MatData is the public brand. Checkout, terms, and privacy are already on matdata.io.
Our Mission
AI should be accessible. The bottleneck to building great AI powered products isn't talent. It's access to quality models and training data. We fix that by training the models ourselves and selling them directly.
The Stack
We operate our own training infrastructure (the Forge) and a proprietary data generation pipeline (the Brain). Weights and datasets are curated, versioned, and pulled to local storage for distribution. Everything we sell, we built.
Our Models
Atlas
On the storeOur flagship language model. Atlas is a decoder only transformer trained from scratch on curated synthetic data from the Brain, in the Forge. Checkout can sell a weight package or an inference license today. The weight archive itself is staged by engineering into our private R2 bucket when they sign off.
Chronos
In DevelopmentOur second model is currently in active development. Chronos is being designed with a different architecture and training objective. Details will be announced when we approach release. Stay tuned.
Infrastructure
The Brain
Our internal synthetic data generation pipeline. Produces instruction following, reasoning, coding, and domain specific corpora at scale.
The Forge
Our training and evaluation cluster. Models are trained, benchmarked, and versioned here before being packaged for distribution.
Delivery
Paid orders get a download portal. Files in matdata-deliveries are handed over with a signed R2 link. The public site does not stream the weight dump itself.
