Terms of Service

These terms govern use of matdata.io and purchases from Matrix Holding LLC (doing business as MatData). By using the site or paying for a product, you agree to them. This is a working policy for a small company. It is not a substitute for a lawyer review.

Who we are

The seller is Matrix Holding LLC. MatData is the public brand. Contact: [email protected]. Support: [email protected].

What we sell

We sell licenses to AI model weights, synthetic datasets, and related bundles. Listings on /products describe what is included. Atlas weights and large datasets are delivered when our engineering team has staged the files. Until then, a listing may be visible while delivery is still pending.

Accounts and payment

You may create an account with an email and password. The first account is the only site moderator. Later accounts are members. Anyone can read the forum. Posting is for staff and for buyers whose purchase email matches the account. Checkout is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. You must provide a valid email. That address is how we send receipts and download access.

Delivery

After payment, we create a download portal link. Small files and staged R2 objects are available there. Large archives are delivered with short lived signed links from our Cloudflare R2 bucket. Links expire. If a link expires, email [email protected].

License

Unless a listing says otherwise, you receive a commercial license to use the files you bought. You may not resell the raw weights or datasets as a standalone product, or share your download portal with people who did not pay.

Refunds

If we cannot deliver the files you paid for, we will refund you. If the files were delivered and match the listing, sales are final unless the files are defective. Email [email protected]. We will say so in writing if this policy changes.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or our files for fraud, malware, or anything illegal. We may disable a download link if we believe an order was stolen or abusive.

Liability

The files are provided as is. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Our total liability for an order is the amount you paid for that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Matrix Holding LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.
