Privacy Policy

Matrix Holding LLC (MatData) runs matdata.io. This page describes what we collect when you visit or buy from us.

What we collect

• Email and name you enter at Stripe checkout
• Email, display name, bio, and a password hash if you create an account
• Name, email, and message if you use the contact form
• Product purchased, time of purchase, and a download token
• Basic server logs (IP, path, time) while the site is serving you

Card data is collected by Stripe, not by us. We never store full card numbers on the laptop that runs this site.

How we use it

We use your email to send a receipt, a download link, and support replies. Contact form messages go to [email protected] so we can answer you. We use order records to prove you paid and to issue replacement links. We use account data so you can sign in and manage your profile. Display name, bio, and public posts appear on your member profile. We store a password hash, not your password. We do not sell your email list. Email stays private.

Who else sees it

• Stripe, to process payment
• Cloudflare, to host DNS, the tunnel, email routing, and R2 file delivery
• Resend, if we have enabled outbound order or contact email

How long we keep it

Order records stay as long as we need them for licenses, tax, and support. Download links expire. You can ask us to delete personal data that we are not required to keep by emailing [email protected].

Cookies

If you sign in, we set an httpOnly session cookie so the site knows who you are. The storefront does not use advertising cookies. Stripe checkout may set its own cookies on Stripe hosted pages.
