FAQ
Questions we actually get
Honest answers for a store that is open for checkout while large files still wait on a staging step. Legal detail lives in Terms and Privacy.
What is MatData?
The public store for Matrix Holding LLC. We sell models and synthetic data from our own stack: the Brain for data, the Forge for training.
Can I buy Atlas today?
Checkout is open. Stripe is still in test mode, so a card is not charged for real. Live charges wait until we flip Stripe.
When do I get the files?
A purchase creates a download portal immediately. LICENSE and README can download now. Weight archives and large datasets download after engineering stages them in our private R2 bucket.
How does delivery work?
Staged objects leave from Cloudflare R2 on a short lived signed link. The public site does not stream terabytes through the laptop that serves matdata.io.
What if my link expires?
Portal links last 30 days. Email [email protected] with the order email and we can issue a new one.
Refunds?
If we cannot deliver the files you paid for, we refund you. If the files were delivered and match the listing, sales are final unless the files are defective.
Can I resell the weights?
No. You get a commercial license to use what you bought. You may not resell the raw weights or datasets as a standalone product, or share your portal.
Where is Chronos?
In development. It is not for sale. We will not invent specs here. Details land on this site when we publish them.
How do I reach you?
[email protected] for sales. [email protected] after a purchase. [email protected] for volume. The contact form emails us once outbound mail is configured.
